WHAT ARE THE CHAT RULES?
RRPOKER does not tolerate insults, swearing and vulgarity. Our chat room facility blacks out offensive words. In any case, we know that this filter can be bypassed in various ways. If a word is filtered, it means that it is not allowed and, therefore, working round the filter is also cause for termination of chat privileges.
WHAT CAN I DO IF SOMEONE USES INSULTS IN THE CHAT?
RRPOKER does not tolerate insults or obscene language at the tables. Please report any offensive language to the support team. We need to work with our players to keep our chat rooms free from any offensive language and make our games an enjoyable experience for all. Please do not respond to provocation from another player; otherwise the chat will be terminated for both players.

Poker Games

THE TABLE I WANT TO JOIN IS FULL. WHAT CAN I DO?
If a table is full, you can add your name to the waiting list for that table. When a seat becomes available, the first person on the waiting list will have the right to take or refuse the seat. The other option you have is to take a seat at an empty table of that game and limit and wait on other players joining. Other players often join when someone has taken the first seat.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE CONNECTION DROPS?
In our Poker Room, in the event that the connection with the game server is lost during a game you will be considered to be in the hand if there are no raises, otherwise you'll fold, which means that your investment in the pot up to that point WILL BE PROTECTED and you’ll be eligible for your share of the pot if you have the winning hand and if no other person raises the stake.
WHAT’S THE MINIMUM buy-in?
The minimum buy-in is usually ten times the minimum stake for that game. For example, in a €1/€2 game, the minimum buy-in is €20.
HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH play money IS IN THE POT?
On every RRPOKER table, the entire pot amount, including all current stakes, is always displayed numerically beneath the dealer tray. In addition, at the end of each betting round, all chips in the hand are collected in the middle of the table and converted into higher denomination chips so you can easily see the pot’s total value.
DOES THE SOFTWARE ALLOW ME TO HIDE MY WINNING HANDS?
No, it doesn’t. If you play the hand until the end of the game, and you hold the best hand, this will automatically be shown. This feature protects you from accidentally losing with a winning hand.
WHAT IS YOUR all-in POLICY, HOW DOES IT WORK? HOW MANY all-inS ARE ALLOWED?
all-in protection is designed to protect your investment in the pot in case you run out of money during a hand, do not act in time or get disconnected for any reason. Each player is given one all-in protection per 24 hours.

Going all-in when you don’t have enough money to continue playing
If you run out of money during a hand, you don’t necessarily have to leave the game. Go all-in. This means that a player cannot be forced out of a hand if he does not have enough money to complete the hand. When a player runs out of money, or only has enough to see a portion of the stake, he/she can play all-in for the pot in which he/she made the bets. All the other player’s bets will be collected in another pot contended between them.

Going all-in when you run out of time
If you don't make the move in time (10 seconds), the system assumes that you’re not available to complete the hand.
As such, going all-in means your investment in the pot is safe until that point of the game. The system will track and record all the cards, showing them to the players during the showdown. If you win, your account will be credited accordingly. You may request a hand history at the table to review the entire hand and verify its outcome.

Going all-in when disconnected
We understand that an internet connection can be unstable from time to time and that a player can get disconnected from the game server. Regardless of the reason for the disconnection, your investment will be protected to that point with the all-in feature. The system will track and record all the cards, showing them to the players during the showdown. If you win, your account will be credited accordingly. You may request a hand history at the table to review the entire hand and verify its outcome. Important information to know; if at any time your all-in status is zero (0) you are playing at your own risk. This simply means that you do not have all-in protection in the event you are disconnected or fail to act in time. YOUR HAND WILL BE FOLDED AND YOUR INVESTMENT LOST without any recourse whatsoever. Although we allot you one (1) all-in protection per 24 hours, we will consider resetting your protection back to one, with prior authorisation. For an assessment simply contact customer services through support. However, if abuse of the all-in protection is suspected, this may result in loss of membership or denied reset request.
CAN I SEE WHAT THE GAME LOOKS LIKE BEFORE I JOIN OR DEPOSIT MONEY?
Absolutely! In fact, you can even play for FREE! Just set up an account. You do not need to deposit any money in order to observe or join our practice games. However, you are asked to provide the correct information in your account. You only have to deposit money when you want to play the games for real money. After you have created your account, you will be able to access the log-in page and go to the tables.
HOW ARE THE BEST PLAYER RANKINGS CALCULATED?
Best Player rankings are calculated on the basis of the amount of wins in the last week in the Cash Game.

WHICH CURRENCIES CAN I USE TO DEPOSIT MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT?
You can deposit money and manage your account in Euro.
WHY CAN I NO LONGER MAKE PAYMENTS WITH MY CREDIT CARD?
Follow the instructions displayed on-screen during the attempted payment. However, if you cannot make the payment using your credit card and a message is displayed indicating that the credit card payment was rejected because of internal security settings, choose an alternative payment method.
  WHAT IS THE CVC2?
CVC2 is the abbreviation for the "Card Verification Code". You will be asked to insert this code, as a security measure, when making international payments with your credit card.
HOW CAN I CASH MY WINNINGS AT THE CASINO AND WITHDRAW MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT?
You are free to withdraw the balance of your player account at any time. However, all payments need to be confirmed and you need to send a valid identification document. If you are using a credit card, you also need to send a copy of the front and back of the card to info@RRPOKER.com. On request, you may cash all or part of your winnings, in accordance with the methods shown in the “Deposits/Withdrawals” section in your Gaming Account.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO WITHDRAW USING A DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD?
To withdraw money from your player account using a credit card follow this procedure:
1. select the credit card withdrawal option in the Deposits/Withdrawals section;
2. enter the amount to withdraw;
3. enter your name and complete the form with the required information;
4. confirm the final summary to complete the transaction.
I MADE THE PAYMENT, BUT THE SUM WAS NOT CREDITED TO MY PLAYER ACCOUNT.
Check the processing times necessary online according to the deposit method chosen. If this time period has elapsed, contact our customer services department indicating your username, the deposit option chosen and a description of the problem encountered.
WHY MUST I SEND A COPY OF MY IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENT WITH THE FIRST WITHDRAWAL?
For your security, and in compliance with our licence conditions, we require a copy of your identification document, with photo, the first time you withdraw from your winnings. You can send us a copy via fax or e-mail. This way we can be sure that you are of the legal age and that you are truly the person who has requested the withdrawal and not an unauthorised third party. Be sure that the copy of the document is not too dark and that the scan is not larger than 5 MB.
IS THERE A MAXIMUM PAYMENT LIMIT?
You can view the standard valid payment limits from time to time in your account. The company reserves the right to verify and possibly modify these payment limits at any time. Winnings paid on the account can be taken into consideration for the calculation of the individual limit: payouts from winnings in the past 30 days will be added to the payment limit. You can also reduce your standard payment limit. In this case, you set the payment limit and, if necessary, it can be cancelled. In addition, together with the company, you can agree on an individual payment limit higher than the standard limit. In this case, however, the company reserves the right to return the limit to the standard payment limit at any time.
WHY WAS MY WITHDRAWAL ORDER REVERSED AND ANOTHER PAYMENT METHOD REQUESTED?
Due to internal security measures, withdrawals can be changed by our finance department.
I REQUESTED A PAYOUT OF MY WINNINGS, BUT I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED THE BANK TRANSFER FOR THAT AMOUNT.
RRPOKER generally sends all withdrawal requests received on weekdays to the financial services supplier within 24 hours. The time necessary for the transfer depends on the type of payment chosen and cannot be influenced in any way by RRPOKER. Based on our experience, the amount requested should be available within 2-5 working days. If after this period the payment still has not been made, even though you have sent a copy of your photo-identification, contact the customer services department providing your username.
I HAVE REQUESTED A PAYOUT OF MY WINNINGS BUT I WANT THE MONEY TO GO BACK TO MY ACCOUNT.
Depending on where in the process your payment request is, it is possible, as an exception, to reverse the transaction. Contact our customer services department and provide your username as well as the reason you would like the payout of your winnings to be returned.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY PAYMENT LIMIT?
Our Responsible Gaming policy gives you the possibility of raising the monthly limit of your account. Contact our accounting department at info@RRPOKER.com, presenting the documentation requested and specifying the desired monthly limit. In general your request will be processed within one working day. You will be informed via e-mail on the result of your evaluation. The necessary documentation includes all attachments that can demonstrate that raising your payment limit for the desired amount is appropriate for your economic situation and does not present any type of financial problem (for example, a solvency certificate issued by the credit institution).

In order to enjoy a full experience of the Poker Room we recommend a minimum resolution of 1024 X 768 with true colour.
DO I HAVE TO DOWNLOAD THE PROGRAM TO PLAY?
Absolutely not! It is available entirely on-line without having to install programs on your hard disk. However, you do need to have Flash player 8 installed to play the game.
